where your quest to a happier, healthier you begins!

 

To ensure your first Soulhub Pilates Reformer session
goes smoothly, follow the five simple steps below 👇🏻

To familiarise yourself with our Align Pilates Reformer machines, check out the two quick videos below👇🏻 from our Head Trainer, Adelaide.

Scan the QR code below 👇🏻 complete the pre-screening questionnaire!


📲 Step 4: 

– Download our Soul Hub app (if you haven’t already)
– Book in your first class: Timetable tab.
We recommend starting our with our Soul Fundamentals Class @ 10am Sunday to focus on mastering technique.

 

⏰ Step 5: 

– Arrive 10 minutes early
– Introduce yourself to one of our Soul Squad, who can show you around
– Check your name off the iPad at reception

✨ Be sure to let us know of any existing injuries or concerns prior to class ✨

Get ready to work your body and have lots of fun! ✨

💧 Water bottle: for Hydration

🧦 Grip Socks: for Safety & Hygiene (or grab a pair of our funky socks for $15)
