Designed and run by our Head Trainer and Qualified Physio, Adelaide Coghlan, this 10-week pilates reformer program is designed to help busy, active men improve their recovery, fire up core strength and enhance athletic performance. No experience is needed as Adelaide will take you through the fundamentals of pilates reformer and build in advancements week to week to nail your technique.
