1. Where are you located? 
Suite 2, 23 Oliver Street Freshwater (right next to BFT Gym). There is plenty of parking right on site. We are in the heart of the northern beaches, very near Manly and North Curl Curl.
2. Are you just a pilates studio?
No way! We are so much more than that. We are your one-stop wellbeing space. Yes, our pilates reformer studio is amazing, not gonna lie. But if reformer is not your thing, we also have a boutique Soul CIRCUIT studio for small group sessions, which focus on 25 minute HIIT workouts, you can come along and enjoy one of our other many other wellbeing hubs; infrared saunas, LED light therapy, automated spray tan or just hang out with like-minded peeps in our collaboration space. There is literally something for everyone.
3. What if I have never done reformer pilates before?
Awesome, we would love you to join us so we can show you why you will be addicted to reformer pilates and Soulhub Freshie. You can start with a $20 Reformer Trial class and then progress to the $70 Intro Package which includes 7 days of Unlimited Reformer Pilates and Group Soul Circuit workouts PLUS a 30min Infrared Sauna for you and a friend (IR sauna is valued at $45).
We’d suggest you start with our Soul Fundamentals (focussed on form and simpler flows) or our signature Soul Scuplt classes.
On arrival let us know if you are new to reformer, try to arrive 15 minutes early so we can help familiarise you with our reformers & set you up for success.
Oh and don’t forget to bring your grip socks (or you can buy some from us for $15), your water bottle and your good vibes!
4. Do you have teen reformer pilates classes?
Yes – Soul TEENS!
This is a weekly program, offered during the school term, designed for the teenagers (14-18 years). The group size is limited to 16 teens who come together weekly to work out in our state-of-the-art, high-tech pilates reformer studio to strengthen their fitness, bodies, minds and friendships. Led by our Soul Squad Trainers this program is full of energy, great moves, pumpin’ tunes, and FUN-AMPLIFIED!
Currently, we run Five x Soul Teens Classes per term:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: 4.30pm – 5.20pm
How to sign up to Teens Term classes? Get your Teen to download the Soulhub App and set up a profile in their name and then go to More/ Buy New Packages / Scroll down to Soul Teens and select day would like to purchase Teen Term classes for. We then book the teen in for the whole term.
NOTE – once classes fill up that day is no longer available, but if there are still spots, you can start mid term.
Ohhhh but if that does not suit, your teen (14 years +) can join us in any of our other classes, so bring them along and amplify your wellbeing together.
5. Do you have Reformer Pilates packs as well as memberships?
Yes, once you have done one of our Intro Offers you will see on our Soulhub App that we have different membership options, including reformer pilates packs (5, 10 or 20 packs).
We want to give our customers the choice to train with flexibility OR you can choose to train for less via our 52-week or 12-week minimum contract memberships. The choice is yours to suit your needs.

7. How do I book a IR sauna, spray tan or LED session?
The best way to book into any of our Wellbeing options is to download our Soulhub app and create a profile.
You can check availability by clicking on TIMETABLE at bottom of app, then at the top, toggle across to WELLBEING tab.
Click through to the service you are looking to book and it will take you to the calendar.
Once you have selected the date and time you want, when you confirm and book, if you have no existing packages, it will prompt you to purchase. You will receive confirmation of your booking via email.

8. What membership options do you have?
Our packages range from weekly memberships which offer the greatest value and the option to train more for less, to more flexible Class Pack options. The best way to look at all our membership options is to download our Soulhub App and start with an Intro offer and look at all our membership offers on our Soulhub App, under Buy New Packages.
9. Do I need to be a pilates member to use saunas and LED?
Hell no (I mean we’d love it if you are!). We love to welcome everyone into our beautiful space. You definitely don’t need to be a member of our Pilates Reformer to be able to utilise any of our amazing wellbeing hubs, at very reasonable prices.
10. How do I book into a reformer pilates class?
Download the Soulhub app, create your profile and purchase an Intro offer, membership or class packs.
You can book into classes up to 14 days in advance by clicking on Timetable, choosing a class, and securing your spot.
11. How many reformers do you have?
16 beautiful beds, it’s very spacious as we want you to be comfortable.
We also have weights , bala bangles, and other props to ensure an all-round strength and sculpting workout.
12. What happens if I need to cancel or move a booking?
We understand life gets busy and things pop up.
You can easily cancel your booking via the Soulhub app. Please cancel your booking at least 2 hours in advance to allow others to take your place. We really need to look after all our customers so that we don’t disappoint.
If you late cancel (within 2 hour timeframe) or no show your booking, you will lose your credit, or for unlimited reformer pilates members (including intro offers) will be charged a $15 late cancel/no show fee.

16. What’s all the fuss about infrared saunas?

Instead of relying on traditional heating methods, it harnesses the power of radiant heat. Yep, that’s right. Infrared saunas use special lamps or panels that emit invisible rays of heat, which penetrate deep into your skin like a superhero on a mission, penetrating deep into your tissues and muscles, increasing oxygen flow, and circulation plus producing detoxifying sweat.
And the best part? These magical saunas operate at lower temperatures, so it’s like enjoying a cozy sauna session without feeling like you’re sizzling on a grill. So, if you’re looking for a oh-so-warm way to relax and recover, hop into an infrared sauna and let those invisible rays work their magic!
17. What’s the difference between traditional vs infrared saunas?
Ah, the battle of the saunas! Traditional saunas and infrared saunas may both make you sweat like a waterfall, but they have some differences that make each of them unique.
Traditional saunas use heated rocks or steam to warm the air, while infrared saunas use light to radiant heat directly into your skin, deep into your tissues and muscles, increasing oxygen flow & circulation, whilst sweating out toxins.
Traditional saunas have higher temperatures (80-100 degrees) and humidity (making it tricky to breathe), while infrared saunas operate at lower temperatures (45-65 degrees) and drier air (so no wheezing).
Traditional saunas make you sweat by heating the air, while infrared saunas promote deep sweat from within.
Traditional saunas have a cozy, rustic feel, while infrared saunas have a modern, sleek ambiance.
Traditional saunas take longer to heat up, while infrared saunas heat up faster.
18. How many people can attend an infrared sauna session?
At Soulhub we have the best of the best Clearlight Jacuzzi infrared saunas.
We have two large infrared pilates saunas that can comfortably fit up to 3 people.
To bring additional guests to your IR Sauna booking, simply pay the following at Soulhub reception on arrival –
$10 extra per person for 30-minute sauna
$15 extra per person for 50-minute sauna
Don’t forget your swimmers and towels (one to sit on and one to wipe excess sweat).

19. What do I need to bring for a infrared sauna session?
The main things to bring are your swimmers and towels (one to sit on and one to wipe away excess sweat).
Perhaps bring a book or your bestie of course.
We provide water: still or sparkling.
We also have the option to watch Netflix or listen to your favourite tunes or podcast.
We also have luxe showers with shampoo and conditioner if you want to refreshen up after your sweat.
20. How long will my spray tan last for?
The longevity of our Sunless Tan depends on the skin’s natural exfoliation process, and on the skin regimen followed before and after application.
On average, our sunless tan will last 7 to 10 days.
Best bit, if you love our Sprays (which you will), you can sign up to our weekly Tan-O-Holic Membership for $25 per week. Get your Glow on for less!
21. What do I need to do to prepare for a Spray Tan?
Not much – it’s easy peasy.
Ensure you have shaved and exfoliated the night before.
Moisture your skin.
Take off your jewellery.
And remember to wear or bring loose clothing for after your tan.

22. What tanning solution is best for me?
Our solutions are made from natural and organically derived ingredients for an odourless and streak-free tan.
We have two colours to choose from
FRESHIE FAVE: Our most popular solution. Suitable for all skin types, warm brown undertones. Rinse off after 5-8 hours
CURLY RAPID: Another very popular solution that is great for more olive skin tones. Violet and chocolate brown undertones. Rinse off after 2-4 hours

23. What is the downtime after an LED light therapy session?
ZERO!
This is what we absolutely love about LED light therapy.
There is absolutely zero discomfort, in fact, the experience feels amazing. Plus, there is zero downtime. You actually will be glowing when you leave the session. LED light therapy is the perfect serotonin boost for when you feeling a little tired or your skin is feeling a little dull. If you want to experience the longer-term skin rejuvenation benefits of LED, it is recommended that you undertake 6-8 sessions within a period of a few months.
24. Do you have shower facilities?
We sure do. We have fully kitted out bathroom and shower facilities. They are very luxe.
We provide shampoo, conditioner and all sorts of fancy schmancy products for your hair and face serums. We also have a hair dryer should you need it.
Just be sure to bring your own towel.
25. I live interstate, is there is any online membership option?
This is something we will be working towards, for sure. If you are visiting Freshie, you have a flexibility to drop in or buy a pack and use it when it suits you.
