Designed and run by our most flamboyant and clinically qualified pilates instructor, Perry Scott, this 10-week pilates reformer program is designed to help incredible women, like you, who may be peri-menopausal, menopausal or post-menopausal. The program aims to fire up your fitness and ramp up your metabolic rate through focussing on building your core stabilisers, enhancing bone strength and building muscle to fuel your metabolic engine. Essentially, it is designed to kick menopause in the butt, so that you can feel great, build strength and thrive during this important time in your life.

No experience is needed as Perry will take you through the fundamentals of pilates reformer and build in advancements week-to-week to nail your technique.
